Restorative Yoga with Acupuncture

Slow down your holiday season with this restorative yoga session. We’ll take a few moments at the beginning to talk about acupuncture, followed by 80 minutes of rest and relaxation. Sink deeply into relaxation with an acupuncture-assisted sivasana (corpse pose, final relaxation), and rise renewed and ready to greet the busyness of the holiday season.

Essential Oils For Your Practice

Join us for a short informational presentation on some of the benefits of essential oil use in your daily life. An all-level yoga practice will follow, in which you will be able to try some DoTerra’s new Yoga Collection oils to see how they can impact your practice.
